Dit is heerlijk!<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Ingredi\u00ebnten: <\/p>\n<p>1 kilo gekookte bietjes<br \/>\n3 appels\u00a0 geschild en in stukjes gesneden.<br \/>\n2 gesnipperde uitjes<br \/>\n2 teentjes knoflook<br \/>\n2 kaneelstokjes<br \/>\n2 kruidnagels<br \/>\n2 tl grove zeetzout<br \/>\n1 tl\u00a0\u00a0 zwarte peper<br \/>\n400 ml\u00a0 appelazijn<br \/>\n20 gram pectine<br \/>\n75 gram\u00a0 suiker<br \/>\n60 gram rozijnen<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 Bereiden:<\/p>\n<p>rode bieten koken en in fijne blokjes snijden.\u00a0 (Uitleg koken rode bietjes staat op het blog.)<br \/>\nappels in (niet te kleine)blokjes , snipper de ui, pers of hak de knoflook.<br \/>\nMeng de pectine goed door de suiker. Zet deze appart net als de rozijnen en bietjes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-20130924_171253.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20130924_171253.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-20130924_171253.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Doe de blokjes appel, de fijngesneden uien,\u00a0 de gehakte of geperste knoflook, peper, appelazijn, kruidnagel, het kaneelstokje en zout naar smaak in een kookpan en vermeng alles goed met elkaar. Breng het aan de kook en laat ongeveer 10 minuten zachtjes smoren. <\/p>\n<p>Voeg er vervolgens de bietenstukjes, de rozijnen en de suiker aan toe, schep alles goed om en laat nog eens 15 minuten zachtjes smoren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-IMG-20130925-WA0000.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG-20130925-WA0000.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-IMG-20130925-WA0000.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zelf heb ik het nog 30 min in weckpotjes in een 90 graden waterbad gezet. <\/p>\n<p>Laat de chutney minimaal 4 tot 6 weken staan, dan worden de smaken lekkerder. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-20130925_162950.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20130925_162950.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/wpid-20130925_162950.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eens iets anders met bietjes?
