{"id":363,"date":"2013-10-07T16:52:06","date_gmt":"2013-10-07T14:52:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/?p=363"},"modified":"2025-05-17T19:47:42","modified_gmt":"2025-05-17T17:47:42","slug":"peren-in-karamel-saus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/?p=363","title":{"rendered":"Peren in karamel siroop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Peren in karamel siroop<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dit recept heb ik pas ontdekt en is heerlijk, het is met gewone peren gemaakt, die nog niet helemaal rijp zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Ook dit recept heb ik aangepast, en smaakt ook heerlijk.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten :<\/p>\n<p>1 kilo vaste peren<br \/>\n2 citroenen<br \/>\n1 kaneelstokje<br \/>\n150 gram suiker<br \/>\n1 theelepel bruine basterdsuiker<br \/>\n75ml sinaasappelsap<br \/>\n500ml water<\/p>\n<p>Pers het sap uit de citroenen<br \/>\nSchil de peren , snij de in kwarten en verwijder het klokhuis.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131005_161426.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131005_161426.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131005_161426.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Meng deze met het sap van de citroenen in een kom.<\/p>\n<p>Doe de suiker en basterdsuiker in een pan met dikke bodem en voeg 3 lepels water toe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_163722.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131007_163722.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_163722.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Laat dit doorkoken tot de suiker karameliseerd, (totdat de suiker een stroop vormt)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_163951.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131007_163951.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_163951.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dan mag er de sinaasappelsap bij en 500ml water( <strong>pas op met opspatten<\/strong>) <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_164033.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131007_164033.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_164033.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_164122.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131007_164122.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131007_164122.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Voeg de peren, die gemengd zijn met het citroensap en kaneelstokje erbij.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131005_164423.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131005_164423.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131005_164423.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kook dit tussen de 4 en 7 min , het garen gaat in de weckpotten nog verder.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131005_164803.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131005_164803.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20131005_164803.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vul de gesteriliseerde weckpotten met de peren en vul af met de karamel siroop.
