in tomatensaus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sperciebonen in tomatensaus!<br \/>\n<!--more-->Toch wel 1 van mijn favoriete recepten, om sperziebonen in te wecken, ook lekker om meteen op te eten! <\/p>\n<p>Dit recept kan makkelijk vermeerderd worden, heb ik ook gedaan omdat onze boontjes oogst zeer goed was dit jaar!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten :<\/p>\n<p>200 gram verse spercieboontjes<br \/>\n6 grote tros tomaten of andere tomaten<br \/>\n2 sjalotten<br \/>\nSnufje suiker als het geen hoogseizoen is.<br \/>\n1 takje rozemarijn of halve theelepel gedroogde (vers is lekkerder)<br \/>\n2 takjes\u00a0 tijm of 1 theelepel gedroogde ( vers is lekkerder)<br \/>\n1 laurierblaadje<br \/>\nPeper en zout<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Was de tomaten verwijder het kroontje,\u00a0 snij deze doormidden en verwijder met een lepel de zaden\/pitjes, anders word de saus te waterig.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20130915_203549.jpg\"><img \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Maak de bonen schoon en snij te in stukjes van 3 a 4 cm<br \/>\nSnipper de sjalotten.<br \/>\nStoof de sjalotten glazig in olijfolie en voeg danpas de tomaten toe. <\/p>\n<p><a src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20130915_205547.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Strooi meteen wat zout over de tomaten om sap vrij te laten komen.<br \/>\nVoeg de peper, src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/wpid-20130915_210735.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Een snufje suiker kan geen kwaad, zeker als het geen hoogseizoen is, en de tomaten wat zurig zijn.<br \/>\nVoeg de boontjes toe en laat deze rustig 20 a 25 min sudderen<\/p>\n<p>Weck ze daarna als je ze langer wilt bewaren nog 120 minuten in een waterbad van 100 graden. <\/p>\n<p><a
