Kan ik de hele winter er van genieten. <\/p>\n<p>2 middelgrote rode kolen<br \/>\n3 laurierblaadjes<br \/>\n1\/2 theelepeltje kruidnagelpoeder<br \/>\n100gr bruine basterdsuiker<br \/>\n300ml appelsap<br \/>\n100ml water<br \/>\n100 ml appelazijn<br \/>\n5 goudrenetten<br \/>\nKaneelpoeder<\/p>\n<p>Snij de kolen doormidden en dan weer doormidden zodat je kwarten hebt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/wpid-20131029_114901.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131029_114901.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/wpid-20131029_114901.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Snij het witte dikke stuk eruit, en haal de eerste buitenste bladeren eraf.<\/p>\n<p>Snij de kool in dunne reepjes met een scherp mes of\u00a0 snij ze met een mandoline in hele fijne reepjes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/wpid-20131031_093934.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20131031_093934.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/wpid-20131031_093934.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Doe de kruiden en appelazijn, appelsap en water in een grote pan.
