{"id":87,"date":"2013-08-27T00:17:00","date_gmt":"2013-08-26T22:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/?p=87"},"modified":"2025-05-17T19:48:54","modified_gmt":"2025-05-17T17:48:54","slug":"tomaten-saus-pikant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/?p=87","title":{"rendered":"Tomaten saus pikant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Super makkelijk en zoveel lekkerder, pittige tomatensaus.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<p>1 bol knoflook<br \/>\n1 rode paprika<br \/>\n2 kilo tomaten<br \/>\nVerse kruiden,\u00a0 bosje rozemarijn en tijm<br \/>\n2 bosjes basilicum<br \/>\n6 eetlepels olijfolie<br \/>\n3 rode pepers<br \/>\nZout en peper<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130820_125210.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20130820_125210.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130820_125210.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Verwarm de oven voor op 200 graden (heteluchtoven 180 graden)<br \/>\nVerpak de bol knoflook en paprika met een beetje olijfolie in folie en zet ze in een overschaal in de oven voor 30 min, tot ze zacht en zoet ruiken. Daarna paprika ontvellen en zaadlijst eruit halen en knoflook uit de bol persen met een vork, dit zou makkelijk moeten zijn.<\/p>\n<p>ontvel de tomaten door ze in te kerven en 1 min in kokend water te doen<br \/>\ndan direct in koud water en het velletje kan er afgehaald worden. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130822_124459.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20130822_124459.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130822_124459.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Snij ze in grote stukken en doe ze in een ovenschaal, <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130822_124505.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20130822_124505.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130822_124505.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Doe de gesneden pepertjes,(2 zonder zaadlijst), knoflook, paprika gehakte kruiden (behalve de basilicum) erbij en zet in de oven voor 40 min.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130822_150114.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"20130822_150114.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" alt=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.beringen.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/wpid-20130822_150114.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na 40 min uit de oven halen en in een pan doen samen met de basilicum en met de staafmixer tot een saus pureren.
